27 Inconceivable and Uncanny Posts of Animals Going Goblin Mode

Hey, animal fam. Around the holiday season we tend to get a little….coo-coo for cocoa puffs. Maybe it's all of the family time, maybe it's the stress of the holidays, hosting, cooking, and spending, or maybe it's just our response to finishing another year and starting everything all over again. We try to release our stress in healthy ways, like looking through hilarious animal memes, going to exercise, etc. However, sometimes we don't want to be healthy and we just want to go goblin mode. Heck the rules, be ugly, and just embrace our primal, wild nature. Maybe break something (not something expensive, that would cause us more stress).

It's quite cathartic, actually, to go goblin mode, you can just ask all of the unhinged animal posts below. We bet they feel a lot better after letting their freak flag fly for everyone to see, to be authentically themselves, and to say "we're doing things our way, even if it involves being a total weirdo." It's not something we do often, but we recommend it if you're feeling like you need some form of relief throughout the holiday mania. Just do it, go goblin mode. It is the season of giving, after all - so give yourself the space to be uncanny, unhinged, and maybe inconceivable. You'll feel better after. We pawmise.

This tasselled wobbegong shark is the definition of goblin mode. Just look at them. It literally looks like someone dumped some radioactive goo on a bunch of grass, tossed it into the ocean, and now it lives its mutant life on the ocean floor. For some reason though, we think it's kind of…cute?

This puppy is the Benjamin Button of puppies. Why does it look like such an old man while being so young? But it's okay, little guy, we still love you, and we're sure your hoomans do too. Don't ever change yourself for anyone else, but we do have some shampoos that might help with your fur.
